CERT graduates know that it is important for your family to have out of state contact phone numbers that will allow you to communicate with other family members how you are doing after a disaster. The Red Cross has created a web site where victims of a disaster can register and anyone can look up their status. The site actually registers more than the general public will have access to such as your location, how you can be reached etc.
